Happy 2009 Brides and Grooms!!!

Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday vacation. CKAS Events & Weddings LLC was closed for the Christmas and New Years holiday for the past two weeks. I can proudly say we tried to give back by donating cash to Toys for Tots. Now the holidays are over we have returned refreshed and ready to focus on our brides and groom. The next big event is of course Inauguration Day and the parties that will take place. We are currently catching up on all the email requests for potential customers and will be answering all of your emails within the week.

Friday evening we will be hitting the theater to enjoy Bride Wars starring Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway. It looks like it's going to be a big hit! Here's a link to the trailer.



Bride Wars

Emma (Anne Hathaway) and Liv (Kate Hudson) are best friends, and since they were young, they have always wanted to be married in The Plaza Hotel. Planning to marry their respective husbands to-be, everything seems to in going perfectly--the dates are set, their dresses are beautiful, and the maids of honor, each other, are as joyful as can be. However, when the pair of friends receive the bad news that their weddings were planned for the same day, the pre-wedding bliss is ruined. With neither willing to give up her dream wedding, Liv and Emma declare themselves to be engaged in the most heated and dangerous kind of war known to man--Bride Wars.
